November 27 it was time to say good-bye to my R1. She was with me for five years - always reliable and without problems. We travelled together a total mileage was 51 585 km.

It had been snowing on Sunday 23, but then the snow started melting, and on thursday it was even raining. That was the chance, to take a last ride and to deliver the bike back to carlbarks Motor in Kumla, where the R1 once came from.

Årets sista Knutte (last rider of the years) I was called on arrival by Magnus Sund. The pictures show the bike in front of the seasonal decorated shop, in the yard and finally in the workshop.

How will things continue? There will be a new season in 2004, and I will be there, with a new R1.
